  • Any pricing changes will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer before work begins.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We do not have a rescheduling fee as we understand life can happen but we request notice as quickly as possible so we can also make adjustments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for moving any furniture or fragile items from the areas to be cleaned.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to move certain items, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

  • The customer is responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing conditions, stains, or damage to the carpets.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • While we use professional techniques and products, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or pre-existing damage.

  • Our liability for any damage to your property is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that is not a direct result of our negligence.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by customer-supplied cleaning products or methods.

6. Use of Website
